to unravel our tightly spun bodies and minds.
Spend your weekend secluded in the wilderness of the southern Tasmanian coastline, overlooking the sea to Bruny Island.
A spacious, self-explorative yoga and meditation retreat. A weekend of embodied movement and stillness, steeped in breath.

All meals are vegetarian with gluten free and vegan options available.
Any allergies will be accommodated for as long as we are given notice prior to retreat commencement.

If you're coming with a friend, you're welcome to book a king, queen or double bed (subject to availability) or two single beds.

ART THERAPY WORKSHOP
Watercolour art therapy workshop with Pia to explore your creativity and inner world. No expereince necessary.
SILENCE
|Noble silence is observed each morning until breakfast time when we indulge in the joy and connection of sharing a meal
NOURISHING FOOD
Three nourishing and colourful buffet style vegetarian meals each day
FREE TIME
Plenty of free-time to relax and explore your beautiful surroundings
MORNING FLOW & EVENING YIN
Daily morning hatha/vinyasa practice with simple meditation and pranayama and afternoon yoga nidra and a daily evening yin/restorative yoga practice
MASSAGE
Optional add-on of a 30 or 60 minute massage in the comfort of your accommodation
SOUND HEALING
Sound healing accompanied by live cello held by Georgia Shine. An immersive sound expereince for you to dive deep within.
GIFTS
A retreat tote bag including Loco love chocolate, Superfeast herbs and a locally made eye pillow for your yin pleasure. Plus, a retreat booklet with journaling prompts and practices for you to do in your spare time (if you so desire)
