A collection of yin classes to calm your busy mind and overstimulated nervous system
Yin yoga is a slow, gentle practice where we use a combination of shapes, time and gravity to allow the soft tissues in the body to open. We can target meridian channels to harmonise the flow of Qi in the body.
We practice low to the ground using the support of cushions or blocks, and allow the body to unfurl.
Yin yoga can be like a balm for an overstimulated nervous system and a busy mind. It can also be really hard.
Here, you are given a range of yin classes from 20-75 minutes in length so you can choose a practice that works for you.
Within the gentle cocoon of long held poses, we are given the opportunity to slow down, soften and observe our passing states of being. Shapes are practiced low to the ground and can be held for anywhere up to ten minutes.
Classes are beginner and pregnancy friendly unless stated otherwise — you will be given options.
