Awaken Your Vitality Slow Flow 30 minutes

A short thirty minute class to awaken your vitality from within. After the depths of winter, we open ourselves to experiencing the vibrancy of spring, but slowly.
Begin with a gentle pranayama (breathwork) to simultaneously ground and enliven your body.
Then move energy with seated circular motions of the spine, and cat cow with child's pose.
Move through some standing postures with optional vinyasas followed by some gentle shapes low to the ground.

No props required but a block or blanket could be useful to sit on at the start of class.
