Bloom and Flow Vinyasa 45 minutes

An energising vinyasa practice with some options for inversions. We work towards a wheel pose with lots of chest and shoulder opening along the way.
Begin with viloma pranayama and then get the body moving, building heat and prana.
Level 2.
A block is handy if you have one, but not necessary.
