From Foundation to Flow 45 minutes

Begin with very simple, breath guided movements to take you deep inside.
From childs, to all fours to dog and back. We utilise repetition to quiet the mind and bring you into a state of flow.
Slowly, incrementally we build our practice from a sun salutation C all the way up to an optional handstand.
Vinyasas throughout are optional. You choose your adventure.

No props required.
