Liver Yin 35 Minutes

A short, springtime, liver practice for the season of spring where we can become quite "liver-y" ie. agitated, frustrated, caught up in planning and creating, and forget to be in our bodies.

Yin for you to come home to yourself, always.

We work into the hips, inner thighs and side body. A favourite practice of mine.

If you have a bed cushion or a bolster, that will come in handy, however, you could do this practice without props.
