Terms and conditions of your retreat booking

By placing your order/reserving your place, you agree to the following:

DEPOSIT:

a $400 deposit is required to book.

• this deposit is non-refundable and becomes a downpayment for the full retreat payment

• the full amount is due 4 weeks before the retreat commence date - if it is not received by this time your place will be re-listed and your deposit will not be refunded

CANCELLATION POLICY

• if cancelation occurs anytime before 8 weeks of the retreat commencement date, a $200 fee incurs and the remainder of the deposit may become a credit you may use on a future event / retreat / offering; any additional payments will be refunded to you

• between 8-4 weeks of the retreat commencement date the $400 deposit is forfeited; any additional payments will be refunded to you

• within 4 weeks of the retreat date there will be no refunds given

RECOMMENDATIONS

• you may like to consider travel insurance and flight insurance on the chance you are unable to come due to unforeseen circumstances

• book your flight with enough time to arrive at the retreat house without stress

CONSIDERATIONS

• we are in silence each morning until breakfast. retreat is a wonderful opportunity to take a break from your phone/internet world and allow your internal landscape to flourish
  often, the greatest things are born from having little to do.

• please be respectful of all guests and hosts during your stay - please take any phone calls where you will not distract those reading/meditating/ocean gazing/daydreaming

• by joining this retreat you agree to take full responsibility of your own safety and practice within your physical limits. all suggestions for movement during the yoga are invitational; be gentle with yourself. the teacher shall not bear any responsibility for any injury sustained within the scope of your participation during the retreat

• you as a guests are liable for any damage to the house, contents surroundings or guests belongings.

UNFORSEEN POSTPONEMENT

should the retreat be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option of a full refund or credit for all deposits and payments made for the next retreat

I so appreicate you understanding and respecting these terms and conditions. it’s only me running this show and all pre-booking expenses come out of my pocket.
