A strong and flowing vinyasa class to immerse you in breath.
We move through some sun salutations then through a series of standing shapes, followed by a slow unwind toward savasana. Options for an arm balance or handstand if you want it.
A complete practice in 45 minutes.

This class offers options for inversions and arm balances. Completely optional. Still suitable for beginners.
