Kapalbhati Meditation 10 minutes

Kapalhbhati translates to something like 'shining skull breath'.

It's considered usually to be a pranayama but it's also a kriya (purification) which has an energising and balancing affect on the body.

This practice begins with a tutorial on how to practice kapalabhati effectively, then moves into the meditation practice.

This is a wonderful preparation to deepen your meditation.

Not suitable for pregnancy or the first 3 days of your menstrual cycle.

Props suggested: A cushion or block to sit on.
