Lung and Large Intestine Yin 60 minutes

A yin class for the season of autumn, working with the lung and large intestine meridians coupled with the metal element.

Begin with kapalbhati pranayama then move into a series on yin shapes to stimulate the lung and large intestine meridians as well as inviting deeper breath into the lungs.

Please note, kapalbhati is contraindicated during pregnancy and the first days of your menstrual cycle.
