Low Body Yin 30 minutes

A yin class for your low body.
We work specifically with the liver and gallbladder meridians, with a nod to the kidney and spleen meridians in the legs too. Keeping all the energy channels in the body healthy to allow the liver to regulate chi through all areas of the body.

Props required: a strap or something similar. You can use a sarong, towel, belt or anything that you're able to loop your foot with a hold.
