Spring Clean Yin 45 minutes

A restful yin class focusing on detoxing and clearing out your internal body.
Begin with kapalbhati pranayama, then move through a series of long held shapes to stimulate digestion, detox your internal organs and flush your lymphatic system.

Props required: A blanket or towel to roll up.
