Winter to Spring - 60 mins

A class for transitions.

Whether it's from Winter to Spring, or sickness to health, this class will be a gentle flowing way to move you, while staying grounded.

Two blocks are helpful for. a supported backbend at the end. If you don't have blocks, you could use cushions, bolsters, or pillows. Books sometimes work too.
