Yang to Yin Liver & Gallbladder 70 minutes

This practice looks closely at the liver and gallbladder meridians and how they effect us during springtime. We often get angry and agitated at this time of year, hay fever and itchiness can arise, it's important to balance these energies in the body.

First half of the class is dynamic yang movement with focus on the gallbladder meridian, side body stretching and some twisting.
The second half is yin style, with inner thighs and hip openers, working into the liver meridian.
