A meditation practice to quiet your mind.

Utilise both kapalbhati kriya and nadi shodhana pranayama to cleanse and quiet your inner landscape. Then sit silently for the last few minutes to experience the effects of the practice.

Wonderful as a preparation for a longer sitting practice or as a complete practice in and of itself.

Not suitable for pregnancy. If you are on the first few days of your menstrual cycle, please skip kapalbhati.

Recommended to sit on a block or cushion in any comfortable seat. Can also be practiced on a chair with your feet flat on the ground and spine long.
