Shoulder Love 60 minutes

A strong yet steady slow flow vinyasa practice to stretch and strengthen the shoulders.

The shoulders are home for the lung and large intestine meridians, linked with the season of autumn.
They are also home to the heart and small intestine as well which are linked in with the season of summer.

We work to release stress and tension in the upper body as well as move and flow with breath.

Opportunities to work a little harder or keep it mellow.
