Vinyasa Flow to Let Go 30 minutes

This is a level 2 vinyasa flow practice to let go and release, as is the theme of autumn.

We work with the side body, opening the shoulders and some twisting which prepares the body for an optional urdhva danurasana (wheel pose) — a deep backbend. Setu bandhasana (bridge pose) is also an option.
As with all classes, options are given and you can modify as much as you need.

No props required. Class suitable for pregnancy only if you have a regular practice and feel comfortable moving in flow.
