Yang to Yin at The Fourth Floor 5 Week Series
Join Hayley Rose for a journey through the five elements in a balanced yang-to-yin practice.
Over the course of five weeks, we’ll explore the phases of Wu Xing, the five elements of Chinese philosophy: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.
Each class will begin with an active yang sequence, focusing on standing and dynamic movement, and transition into a gentle yin practice of slow, long held poses, aligning with the element of the week.
This practice is designed to bring both vitality and calm, helping you connect with each phase of the elements and reconnect to yourself
When: Thursdays 6pm - 7:15pm
31st Oct - November 28th
Cost: $20 drop in or $75 for 5 weeks
