Jalandhara Bandha Meditation 15 minutes

A pranayama meditation practice to provide you with deep stability and clarity.
Jalandhara Bandha is a useful tool to still your busy mind and cultivate prana in the body.

This practice works with the lowering and lifting of the chin to activate this bandha. Working successively to go deeper and deeper into the practice; resulting in a steady and balanced way of being.

A useful practice on it's own or a wonderful preparation for seated meditation.

Props suggested: something to sit on comfortably for 15 minutes.
