This is. a breathwork and meditation practiced designed for those with some prior awareness of kapalbhati, nadi shodhana and bandhas.
This practice is not suitable for pregnancy or the first days on the menstrual cycle.
This practice utilised breathwork to clear out and redirect prana, then to allow it to shine out through the physical body as an experience of light.
This practice is ideal for the morning time.
Props required: something comfortable to sit on so your spine can be tall.
