Yin for Joint Support 30

This yin class is a blend of gentle, dynamic movement to lubricate your joints, coupled with some longer held poses towards the end.
We work with the ankles, knees and hips to begin. Then warming and waking the spine and shoulders before softening into a supine twist.

As far as yin goes, this class is slightly more yang, however, al shapes are low to the ground and relatively accessible.

Suitable for pregnancy, although we do spend a moment on our backs, so feel free to elevate the heart during those times.
No props required.
