Often, when we move around a lot or when we make a big change (like moving to a new city!) it can feel like we are no longer in our bodies; things feel unfamiliar.
This is a practice to bring you home to yourself. To take up residency in every cell of you body.
We work with twisting and gentle forward folding to come back to a state of equilibrium.
